AdayKhata is a daily field toolkit for micro-loan collection agents. The jobs that used to need three cluttered apps, a gallery full of customer photos and the chart off the branch wall — now one clean app, in your language, and all of it stays on your phone.

An agent carries a bag of cash and a list of the people he collects from. That is sensitive, and it is his — not ours. So AdayKhata is built the simple way: the app does its whole job on the device, and there is no account and no server for anything to be sent to.

Open the app and start counting. There is nothing to register, no phone number, no OTP and no password — so there is no profile of you anywhere to leak.

We run no database and no backend for this app. Your counts and photographs are not uploaded, not synced and not backed up to us. We could not read them if we wanted to.
ছবি ফোনের বাইরে যায় না
Customer photographs and chart photographs are copied into the app's own private storage. They are never uploaded, they are excluded from Android's backup, and the app has no button that shares one.

Taking a picture opens your phone's own camera. Adding one uses Android's system picker, which hands over the single image you chose. The app never gets access to your gallery.

Counting, loan age, your charts, your customers — all of it runs on the phone with the signal off. Nothing waits on a network call to give you an answer.

No crash reporting, no usage analytics, no event logging. We do not know what you count, when you open the app, or whether you use it at all.
যেটুকু বাইরে যায়
A single banner advertisement, served by Google AdMob, which is what keeps the app free. It is the only network request the app makes for itself, besides Google Play checking whether an update exists.
মুছলে সত্যিই মুছে যায়
Remove a photo, clear a whole age group, or uninstall the app — it is gone from the device and no copy survives elsewhere, because no copy was ever made.
A word about photographs of other people. A picture of a customer is that person’s personal data, and the agent is the one who decides to take and keep it. The Customers tab groups pictures by age precisely so the old ones get cleared out rather than sitting on a phone for years. We hold none of them and cannot delete them for you.
